Pregnancy Relaxation

Take some much needed time out to relax, practice breathing techniques and learn about pregnancy, birth and early parenting with Holly Hub.


Focus on you and your baby, your changing body and really take the time to connect.


Yoga mats and cushions are provided, and I advise that you wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket.


We will focus on a different topic each week, and I will then read you through a gentle guided relaxation. The session will finish with a drink and light snack.


The cost is £8 per session, payable online or in person. You can also buy a pack of 6 classes for £45. The perfect gift for a friend or family member who is pregnant.


You are welcome to repeat the 6 weeks as many times as you wish before you meet your baby.
